Welcome back <3 This is a topic on which I've been wanting to write for a REALLY long time and finally got the opportunity to.  In today's post we'll be discussing more of "what" ADHD is rather than how it arises and coping methods.  Without further ado, let's get to it! Full Form: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Now when you google this term, the top definition you get looks something like this: A chronic condition including attention difficulty, hyperactivity and impulsiveness.
