Sleeping

Heyy!

So one of my favourite pass time of all time. Sleeping. I'd doze off any time, anywhere regardless of what time it is. A lot of you might.

                                                                    Feeling low-Sleep

                            Stressed over something-Sleep

Have an exam the next day-Sleep

Had a long day-SLEEP!

Sleeping is an extremely vital thing for us which a majority of us fail to follow. It is as important to us as drinking, eating and breathing.

I'm not gonna get much into detail about how it's beneficial for us physically rather I would like to tell ya'll something about how it affects you mentally.

1)

I cannot emphasize this enough but sleeping really calms you down. Nervous about an exam? Having an anxiety attack? Change into your comfy ware and SLEEP! Doesn't matter if it's a 20 minute snooze or a 3 hour long doze. You will wake up in a fresh mood and be able to handle the situation better.

2)

In continuity with the previous point, you aren't able to focus well if you keep yawning. Your body is tired and needs rest. You need to realize that put yourself to sleep because when you wake up, your brain is much more active which will enhance your memory to grasp more information and be more creative!

3)

A good 8 hours long will bring you more satisfaction than pouring hot fudge over ice cream. You would actually feel lightened and it keeps you in a spirit of enthusiasm all day long. Saying this from personal experience, a full 12-hour sleep is just what you need at times after a long hectic week. It frankly reboots your brain and is super beneficial.

4)

Last but not least; if you ever thought of getting your life on track and paying attention to details then it all starts with a simple step. Maintaining a sleep schedule. It all starts with a small step. Although it may seem hard initially, trust me, it's worth it in the end.

Most of you reading this might be thinking about the fact that we need to stay up late studying or completing assignments-well you don't. As I've mentioned in my earlier posts as well, sleep early and rise early! Complete your work in time so that you don't burn the midnight oil trying to complete your work.

I love sleeping but there's also a line. Oversleeping is a serious issue too and can lead to various problems.

Stop neglecting sleep because it's important for your Mental Health!

Anyway, this was just part I of this topic and I'll be back with more content on this topic soon :) Please share and subscribe if you love sleeping like me!

Signing off,

Kuhu :)
