Maggi-An emotion

Maggi.

Its not just a food item. Its an emotion.

Welcome back to month four of #faltufriday where I talk about something totally random and aaj I'm gonna talk about my go to food for literally any situation.

Its something I can have anytime, anywhere. And yeh milta bhi har jage hai. Whether its in the heat of Rajasthan or the freezing cold of Switzerland.

This is one standard food which is found in any part of the world and tastes the same everywhere. The variety of dishes you can make with this one simple food is beyond bounds.

I, myself can make around 15 different Maggi dishes. And I'm open to more ok. I LOVE experimenting food.

The saddest part has to be when it got banned for brief time in India. I vividly remember actually sobbing and looking at people selling the ₹10 packets for 100 bucks and people actually bought it! Nothing beats the feeling when they actually came back to the market and I finally got a packet.

Maggi is something that doesn't have a specific time for consumption. You can have it at 12:30 in the afternoon and at 3 am at night.

My favourite Maggi moment has to be around 6 years ago in Lucknow.  Our flight got delayed 3 times and ultimately cancelled so we had to come home. It was around 1 o clock-ish in the middle of the night, when my mom made piping hot Maggi in the freezing cold of Lucknow winters. Nothing till this day beats the satisfaction of having the first bite of it.

In every situation in our life there is a constant food partner  i.e. Maggi.  It gives us some special moment with our loved one's when shared from a bowl, It heals in every heartbreak, it gives the warmth in every time we get sick, it gives energy in every late night study.  Maggi gets into every moment of  the life.

Okay so that was month 4 of #faltufriday. Don't forget to share and subscribe for more content every friday and drop your favourite 'Maggi moment' in the comments below!

Signing off,

Kuhu :)
